For High-Functioning Adults and Couples Serving Los Angeles, Orange County & Beyond

I’m a Trauma-Informed EMDR and IFS Associate Psychotherapist based in Southern California.
I work with adults across California, especially in Los Angeles and Orange County, who feel stuck in old patterns from trauma, people-pleasing, burnout, or perfectionism.
I’m also a trauma survivor, coffee lover, metaphor enthusiast, and someone who believes in the power of nervous system healing and real connection.
I help people get unstuck with warmth, radical authenticity and evidence-based tools so they can finally feel more calm, clear, and whole.
Sometimes the dog helps too...

PS. Therapy should feel like this—safe, steady, and grounded.
You need deep, focused healing without the start-and-stop of weekly therapy. You're ready to finally get 'unstuck'
You're circling the same arguments.
You feel more like roommates than partners. You love each other, but it’s not working.
You’re high-functioning
but quietly overwhelmed.
You keep it together for everyone else,
but you can’t anymore.
- Steph G., Studio City CA
I’ve done therapy before, but this felt different. I was skeptical about EMDR and all the ‘parts stuff’ but working with Jessie was the best experience.
You need healing that reaches the roots.
Let's get real, you don’t need surface-level coping tips.

My work is rooted in anti-oppression values and I strive to create space that honors your full humanity and the systems that shape it.
I believe therapy should be a place where all parts of you are welcome, including how you identify, your sexuality, your culture, and the entirety of your lived experience.
