I’m a Trauma-Informed EMDR and IFS Associate Psychotherapist based in Southern California. My clinical training is in trauma and relationships, but what I bring to therapy goes beyond credentials.

I’m a fellow trauma survivor, newly minted member of the bereaved community (not fun btw), am an only child, and your friendly neighborhood Canadian!
I grew up learning how much relationships matter, both when they nurture and when they wound. These experiences fuel my passion for helping clients untangle what’s been stuck in order to help them build something new and more authentic.
Healing doesn’t have to look like perfection, it looks like becoming more fully, unapologetically yourself.
