I’m a fellow trauma survivor, I live with an autoimmune disorder, and am a member of the bereaved community.

I grew up as an only child, and someone who learned firsthand the power of nervous system healing and authentic connection.

I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience and the ways we make meaning, even from the most painful parts of our lives.
