This mid-length, half-day intensive is for those running on empty both emotionally and mentally. Blending EMDR and IFS to explore the internal drivers of burnout, perfectionism, and emotional shutdown.
7 hr Online EMDR, IFS + Somatic Session from $950
For the brave work of facing the past and creating space for something new.
This full-day intensive is designed for clients who are ready to engage in deep, embodied trauma work. We’ll move through unresolved trauma using EMDR, IFS and somatic processing, honoring the pace of your nervous system. Finally have time to release what’s held in the body and integrate what’s next.

Healing Intensives are designed for clients who want to move through something more specific or feel ready to go deeper in a shorter time. Intensives are a powerful option when you're feeling stuck, short on time, or ready for focused transformation.
Absolutely. Some clients begin with weekly sessions and later decide to add an intensive. Others come in for an intensive and continue to build upon the work through individual or couples work when they’re ready. We’ll stay in open dialogue about what’s working and adapt the format to best support your goals and nervous system. There’s no one right way to do this.
Yes, and it’s just as effective as in-person work. I offer online couples therapy to partners across California, using trauma-informed approaches to help you repair trust, improve communication, and deepen connection, no matter where you are.
No, I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means we’ll likely blend EMDR with other methods (unless you prefer to focus solely on EMDR). This allows the work to stay flexible, responsive, and attuned to what you need. Therapy shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all approach, and I love tailoring our work together to you.
